法律方面的本科和硕士

在荷兰读法律基本上没有什么出路~~首先你语言就不过关~无论你雅思考多少分~在荷兰如果想做执业律师~必须要非常流利的荷兰语~

其次~在欧洲法学和欧洲商法方面~~不具备任何语言优势的你是不可能在任何律师事务所或是公司得到法律相关的职位的~~而对于想回国内发展的人来说~在这边学到的东西在国内不能说完全用不上~但也没有多少人认~~

即使是那些想到欧洲来发展的中国公司~他们对于欧洲法律的谨慎要远高于你所能达到的程度~~他们更趋向于找一个熟悉当地环境和法律的本地律师~你所能做得~也许仅仅就是翻译一下文件而已~~

所以我个人不建议你在已经获得商科文凭的情况下去读法律的本科或是硕士~

I donot think studying law in Holland is useless. Although dutch would be a problem, there still a lot of opportunities for you to try sth else. No standard rule to follow.

Law education in most Common law system countries and some civil law countries is a basci degree to teach some theories. They have special training programs for future practice. If you have time and enough money, you can have a law degree. But not expect too much.

不可能拿个学位什么都有了，人生要像“读书，取得好成绩”这么简单，就好了。

我并不是说完全没有作用~我只是对读法律的投入与产出比有怀疑~~

就像你所说~大陆法系的法律都差不多~但是如果真到了用的时候~~那些不同的细节是绝对不能忽视的~~这对于法律工作来说~是致命的差距~~

对于学习法律所需要投入的金钱和时间是不能小视的~~尤其是时间~~用一门外语学习法律对一般人来说是非常困难的~想要把它灵活的运用更是难上加难~我想对楼主所说的仅仅是让他考虑这样的投入和他所能得到的是不是成比例~
