工作内容 Financial Administrator： This job consists of multiple tasks including but not limited to: Prepare finance reports and account reconciliation reports according to company policies on periodic basis; Assist in managing account payable and receivable activities; Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues; Coordinate with finance teams in preparation of financial reports and statements; Manage all bill payments and customer invoicing as per the deadlines.
Customer Service： This job consists of multiple tasks（including but not limited to）: Client communication Booking and ordering trucks Quotation and making invoice after sale Checking goods info/status and sending customs declaration Data analyzing

Customer Service： You are a proactive self-starter and take initiative Accurate and service-oriented, strong attentive to details You are a team player with a flexible attitude enthusiastic to handle tasks and challenges Fully fluent in English You handle projects from start to finish You have strong writing and verbal communication skills Strong ability to multitask and work with constant interruption Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Experience with airfreight / seafreight customer service is a big plus
