Job description: High potential International-Chinese finance and marketing professional

This position is your starting position in our early education company. As the company is a growing and ambitious company, you are also expected to grow as a person and as a valuable member of our team. This means that, when growth expectations are met, you will be able to take on a position in our management team within 1-2 years after starting with this job. The type of MT position can vary and depends on your skills, knowledge, ambition and passion. The options are Manager Marketing, Business Development, Operations or Finance. As we are a growing and flexible company with a large sister organization in the Netherlands (600+ employees), opportunities will arise faster than you would expect!
In a growing and ambitious international ‘startup’ your job has a broad responsibility. Your working areas are Finance, HR, Legal and Marketing. Regard ing finance, you are responsible for the monthly bookkeeping/filing/taxation, annual audits, reimbursements, banking, performing foreign capital injections, invoicing and issuing of fapiaos. Also you will assist in making forecasts and maintaining the local P&L. In the HR field you manage the payroll, IIT payment and the social insurance and housing fund organization. Regarding legal, you are the holder and protector of the business licenses/certificates/chops. You ensure the validity of the aforementioned is still up to date, renewed when needed, etc. Also you assist in protecting the legal intellectual property and helping out with translations and interpretation.
Next to the above mentioned tasks, you will work on various marketing related projects. You will be responsible for our Wechat strategy, further online marketing, supply and demand research and any other possible projects that will contribute to the further development and growth of our business.
Finally, you are part of the Orange Panda International Daycare team, for whom you also perform financial and office assistance. You work with a majority of international colleagues and everything is done in English. Requirements
✓ Native Chinese speaker who is fluent in English
✓ 1-5 years international working experience
✓ At least a bachelor degree with a major in finance and accounting
✓ Knowledge of Shanghai financial and HR standards and tax regulations
✓ High level of reliability, accuracy and responsibility
✓ High level Microsoft Office skills
✓ Good at working under pressure and taking initiative
✓ Flexible, ambitious, independent and creative
