什么是Citizen Service Number number?Explanation 1 (source: belastingdienst) The citizen service number is a unique number for everyone who has to do with the Dutch authorities. Example: You have a citizen service number if you are registered with the Municipal Personal Records Database (Register Office) of your municipality. The citizen service number can be used more often in the future. For example, at your municipality, your hospital, schools, with your employer or social benefit authorities. By introducing the citizen service number, the Dutch authorities want to improve their service, fight fraud and protect your privacy. Explanation 2 (source: 某expat网) The citizen service number (BSN) is a unique personal number allocated to everyone registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database. Your citizen service number is recorded on your passport, driving licence and identity card. (我刚看了下insurance card保险卡上也有)。The citizen service number replaces the social security and tax number (SoFi number) but consists of the same digits. (BSN其实就是取代了过去所谓的sofi no.)Persons with a SoFi number who are not registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database will still have their SoFi number.
