关于工作的working permit和学生residence permit冲突问题

本人预计今年11月毕业,所以准备再申一个学生的residence permit (09/2006-09/2007), 一来保持合法身份,二来出行也方便.  同时现在我也准备在这里找工作了, 我想问的是如果等我拿到新的学生residence permit 之后, 如果那时候有公司帮我办working permit,  会不会working permit只允许从09/2007 开始工作?

还有,如果在我学生的residence permit申请还没批下来之前,已经有公司要我,并且已经开始帮我办working permit了, 这两个申请会冲突吗?

问题说出来比较复杂,希望有经验的大狭帮忙,谢谢!

两个申请是不冲突的。你可以在拥有学生ID的同时申请工作ID。

如果在IND发信给你要你交钱之前你得到了工作OFFER，你就可以不交钱并且直接开始办理工作ID，如果在你得到OFFER的时候你已经交钱IND了，可是ID还没有下来，你同样可以直接开始申请工作ID，只不过你的学生ID的钱就算白交了。

不是毕业了再申,而是趁没毕业的时候就申请,这样一申就是一年,即使毕业了ID也还是有效的.

after your graduation, your school will cancel the guarantee of yours in IND.
Meanwhile, even your ID still valid, you are already become illegally.

A friend of mine met this problem before, IND gave him a fat bill.

When I got my WP, my student ID was still valid. But when I went to City Hall, they told me actually because I change my living statue, my ID was no longer had legal fouction anymore. Lucky I was, I applied a new ID in time, otherwise I might get problems, it can be either heavy fee or who knows they will do.

哦？那请问如果WP下来了会不会自动有对应的RP给你呢？难道还要自己重新申请RP？

是吗? 我一个朋友已经毕业了, 他在这之后两个半月拿着有效期还没过的ID还回了一趟国, 然后再回荷兰, 都很顺利. 我觉得这些事情都很复杂, 时间上非常难控制得perfect.   确实看每个人的运气了. anyway, thank you for the information.
