È la prima volta che preparo un the matcha ! È venuto buonissimo 🥰 preparato così : acqua a scaldare , deve arrivare al punto delle prime bollicine sul fondo NON DEVE BOLLIRE! spento il fuoco ho messo un cucchiaino scarso di polvere matcha in un contenitore e aggiunto L acqua scaldata (più o meno 2/3 cucchiai abbondanti di acqua , mescolato con un frullino elettrico (quello per fare la schiumetta ai cappuccini per intenderci) ,e lasciato riposare; nel frattempo in una tazza ho versato del latte di soia alla vaniglia e L ho messo a scaldare in microonde per 50 secondi , ci ho aggiunto poi il composto di acqua e matcha e un cucchiaino scarso di sciroppo d acero! La fine del mondo ♥️ Appena aperto non ho sentito la puzza che dicono in alcuni commenti, sapore amaro zero , è buonissimo sa di the appunto !

I had first ordered it through an instant delivery app and loved it so much. Now, I placed my second order of this matcha and this time from Amazon. Amazon delivered me a new product while the other app sent 2year old but the quality wasn't compromised at all.

This is obviously not a ceremonial matcha and I also order matcha from japanese online stores but this still gives a nice taste (given you make it properly it won't even taste bitter and I don't add milk or any sweetener to my matcha)

So if you are looking for a budget friendly, everyday matcha, I can vouch for this product, quality is good and I also used it as face packs and it gave shockingly amazing results in one use only (applied a thick paste for 15 mins and skin was deeply cleansed after the use my friends and family tried it too so I suppose it supports all skin type, go checkout youtube for your skin type)

This matcha tea is wonderful and genuine. I have bought only the highest quality teas from Vahdam in the past. This is a brand and supplier that I trust to ensure I won’t get adulterated or counterfeit teas.

Trust is a great part of specialist quality tea buying online. I found many matcha sellers on Amazon selling much cheaper tea. I also found a few which were more costly. I can honestly say, I will stick with Vahdam matcha tea. If those more costly teas taste and mix better than what I now have, I honestly do not think I’d be able to tell the difference.

Inferior matcha tea, however, is awful in its bitter taste and dirty green shade, does not last once open, has bitter after taste, and is horrid (impossible) to properly whisk.
