Fontys的visacare是什么意思啊。

我在填visacare的时候
在Proof of financial means里面选了I have a sponsor  
然后叫我这些上传文件
passport   
photo card      
bank declaration sponsor      
copy (internet)bank statement sponsor   
statement of financial support sponsor   
proof of identity sponsor   
Regular Residence Permit Application

有好多都不懂 急死我了
谁能帮我一下啊！！
