help help about phd courses

Sorry guys I'm in the library at the moment, so can't type Chinese. Anyway I'm doing my MSc in the UK at the moment, finishing soon in next month.
My question is is it possible that I can apply for a phd course in Netherlands and I came across a website on which i can search for phd courses and jobs
but I can't remember which website it was

Anybody have similar experiences or know someone that has similar experiences?
Anybody know the website address?
