现在就以前大家问得最多的问题总结一下：
- 申请截止日期 （秋季入学的）： 1. 在荷兰读预科的同学们， 7月1号交除了雅思的其他材料截止, 9月1号是递交雅思的截止日期
2. 在国内的, 5月1号是提交所有材料的截止日期.
- The application form (you can find it on our website: www.international.hva.nl -> degree programs (choose). Please do not forget to sign!
A clearly legible copy of the pages in your passport that contains your personal data and your signature.- 2 passport photo’
- The original result of the IELTS (academic level!) or TOEFL test (for more information:
www.ielts.org or www.toefl.org), mandatory for all students with a foreign diploma other than diplomas from: Great Britain, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please note: test centres are very busy, you need to plan your test date at least 2 months ahead! Minimum scores are: IELTS on academic level an overall band score of 6.0, TOEFL internet based test 80 and TOEFL paper based test 550. - If you are still in China: MVV visa application form (this are three pages of the MVV visa brochure which you can find on our website: www.international.hva.nl -> degree program (choose) -> practical information).
- IF you live in the Netherlands: A copy of your valid Dutch residence permit.
- For Chinese students in China: The original NUFFIC certificate (www.nuffic.nl/neso-certificate).
Important information:
Foreign diploma
For all students with a foreign diploma: diploma validation takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
We will inform you by e-mail once we receive the outcome of the validation.
Applicants from China who already need to hand in a Nuffic certificate do not need to go through the diploma validation process.

Visa:
All students from outside the European Economic Area member states, the USA, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Monaco, Vatican City and South Korea must be in the possession of an authorization for temporary stay (MVV). The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) will only accept applications for a study visa when it comes from the institute itself. This implies that the International Office of the HvA-HES University of Applied Science prepares the MVV application on your behalf.
We need you to apply for this by filling in the MVV application form. You can find this form on our website: http://www.international.hva.nl -> Degree programs -> choose program -> practical information.
Tuition fee
As from September 2008 on, the government will no longer give institutions like the HvA-HES funding for the non-EU/EER students. This means that we will have to increase our tuition fee for non-EU/EER students as from September 2008 on.
The tuition fee for September 2011 for EU students is € 1.713,-
and for non-EU students € 7.200,-
We do offer a so called knowledge scholarship. This means that you have to pay the full amount of the tuition fee at the beginning of an academic year. At the end of an academic year you can request to make use of this scholarship. If you have enough credits and your grades are excellent you will be granted a scholarship.
Start Program
Please note: the program starts on 22 August 2011 （但是问老师的时候说的在荷兰的同学申请截止日期是9月1号， 有点奇怪！！！）
