领MVV签证需要什么材料？

我准备去做博士后，领mvv签证需要邀请信吗？
另外，家属需要什么啊？

Your valid passport plus copy
One completed and signed mvv application form and 1 recent photographs
Letter of admission from your educational insitute in the Netherlands
Your complete family "Hukou" plus copy

One mandatory if issued an additional 90days mutiple entry Schengen visa, The orinal travel madical insurance certificate, covering a minimun of EUR 30000 for medical care and hospital treatment valid in all Schengen countries. This policy should also cover, separately, all expenses for medical repatriation.
Legalised birth certificate plus copy
Original diploma plus copy
Proof of finacial solvency
Proof of your IELTS score

除了出生证明，其他的如学位证什么的还用办理双认证吗？昨天看到户口都要求做公证？？迷惑ing…………

户口没必要公证，带户口本去。其实lz在这里问还不如直接问使馆，使馆的email还是回答的，而且更权威

咦，户口迁移证管用么？还要带家里人的么。
