关于驾照问题的请教

我虽然看过很多驾照相关的帖子，但是众说纷纭，希望得到一个比较清楚的解答，请允许我发帖询问

先介绍一下我的情况，我去年8月来到荷兰读硕士，2年后留下工作的可能性很大。2006年10月我在中国领了驾照，2007年10月到2008年8月我在德国交流学习，期间顺利的使用了中国驾照。

比较明确的一种说法是中国驾照可以在首次入境的半年内使用，但显然这点对于我来说没有任何意义了。

接下来就是考荷兰驾照的问题了，我想问的是，拥有中国驾照，对学习、考试荷兰驾照的过程到底有无区别，这一点很多人说法不一样，还请知情人士回答下~~~

里面讲他申请30%ruling以后就直接把中国驾照转换成了荷兰驾照，不过貌似在这个版上没人提过这个问题。

关于这个东西，首先我不知道如果我以后工作了，我有没资格申请30%ruling，看很多人的说法是只有从没来过荷兰，而直接来荷兰工作的才可以申请，我已经先来荷兰读书再工作的貌似就。。。
其次，30%ruling这东西看来看去就是一个所得税和社会保险金的减免政策，为什么转换中国驾照必须以这个东西为前提呢？

不懂就不要乱说。

首先，如LZ自己所说，中国驾照可以在首次入境的半年内使用，如果你来了很多年，自然是没法再用了。其次，你不是直接来这里工作的，30%ruling也没戏。
所以，你现在的中国驾照，对考荷兰驾照基本没有什么意义。如果你以前在国内经常开，而且驾驶习惯“文明”（其实只要是国内开得多，驾驶习惯都不怎么“文明”），应该有一点帮助，但是很有限。

我想不通的是，转换中国驾照和30%ruling怎么联系在一起的，30%ruling没戏转换驾照也就没戏。。。

那也就是说我得和一个初学者一样上同样课时的驾校，按照同样的程序去考试？

那也就是说我得和一个初学者一样上同样课时的驾校，按照同样的程序去考试？ ...

课时的多少，没有规定，要看悟性和运气；而且还要先考理论。你要是觉得不上课就可以过，也可以直接去考试。

by the way，如果你还很“文明”，就还是国内开得不够多。或者你对“文明驾驶”理解的不深刻。

30%免税政策是针对技术移民的优惠政策，所以不光从税收上减免，也在其他很多地方有所体现，可以转换驾照就是其中之一。

so,,,这个东西对于先来读书的我来说也没有任何意义。。。

我只能重新考了...

I saw lots of people here have used Chinese driving license here before. My question is: can I drive or rent a car by using Chinese driving license? Or do I need to use it together with so-called International driving license?

My condition is I have a Chinese license for years, I am working on my Dutch one at the moment, and I will have my exam next month. Right after the exam, I will have a business trip in Finland and my company already booked a rental car for me.

If I failed in my exam, I would have to use my Chinese one, but I don't have an international driving license with it...

Can anybody help me and give me some answer or suggestion?

you can't use the chinese driving licence in europe, it is an offence in law.

Well, actually you can, as a tourist, within three months after you first arrived a country. But if you stay here longer, you need a local one, or change your Chinese one to local. Anyway, I thought if I travel to another country, I could tell them that I am on business trip or as a tourist, then Chinese driving license might be legal.
Problem is that I don't have an internation driving license with it...

International driving license is not a real license, but a translated version of your own license. Therefore, you can't use it without your original one.
Google it, you can find a lot information about it.
