can km id holder apply for the inburgering course?

i am a phd student holding km id in rotterdam.
i went to the city hall to ask if i can apply for that inburgering gratis dutch course, one lady there told me that the people holding km id is not entitled to apply for that course. is that true? or she was just not in good mood and didnt want to process my application.
sorry the computer in the lab only supports english.

正确的。KM是不属于被要求学荷兰语的那批的。学也可以，但是只能自己掏钱。

但是lz可以去和老板商量的，一般都可以组里出钱在学校里学的。 如果每次期末考试你都能过的话，组里很愿意送你往高了学的。

KM属于非永久居留目的的居留，不需要inburgering
KM若工作超过5年申请永久居留，也不需荷兰语成绩
KM若要学荷兰语，工作单位通常会给免费的机会

thanks. so it means so far learning dutch is not that urgent for me. however, i think for daily life, dutch is still necessary.

i will ask my department, see if they can give me chance to learn dutch free.
