菜鸟UVA DIY求助！！！！！

我在UVA的申请网页上看到以下两句话：
Application procedure for Chinese students
The consequences for applications for programmes at the Faculty of Economics and Business are as follows:

1) Applications from Chinese students which do not include the NESO certificate are not accepted.  When the certificate is not included we will have to reject the application. This means that you must obtain the NESO certificate before you can apply.

2) Chinese applicants need to have an IELTS score instead of a TOEFL score, because Chinese applicants can only get a NESO certificate with an IELTS score. Be aware that for our programmes you need to have an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher, the separate band scores should be at least 6.0.

这是不是就意味着：
1）要先去办NESO认证然后才能申请学校？
2）一定要有了雅思分数才能申请，而不能像英国一样先申请然后再补雅思GMAT等成绩？

望知道的哥哥姐姐指导一下！

另外个问题是申请的话只要把Application for a Master's programme这张表填好就行了？不要付钱或者寄材料吗？
我在坛子里翻了好久都没找到以前大家写的DIY攻略，不知道谁能给我个详细资料的链接！谢谢！

看人吧,我拿到OFFER以后才办的NESO,也是UVA.

你那时候是怎么申请的？DIY还是找中介的？能告诉我详细的过程吗？
我九月份考的雅思，但作文只有5.5，最近又在忙着毕业论文和找工作什么的，所以雅思只能等到12月底再考了，虽然UVA网站上说申请截止在4月份，但是不是越晚申机会越小呢？
我想去UVA读商科的硕士，但具体的专业还没决定，你能大致跟我介绍一下学校的情况吗？

天啊，我作文也才5.5， 我不想重考啊

看来不重考不行了，貌似申请时卡得很紧的，我其他都蛮好的就是被作文卡主了。
也不知道有没有像我们这种状况但申请成功的例子。
