随便说一下,其实不清楚LZ在打什么官司.

一般即便他说你无需出庭再次辩解(陈述),特别是牵涉到IND的官司,你还是可以问一下你的律师,能否帮你向检察官申请一下,此外,如果你不精通荷兰语或是英语的话都没有问题,可以请专门的口译人员帮助翻译,费用由点小贵,不过,某些保险可以cover.

对，KANTONRECHTER并不是律师，而是法官的意思，但是这个法官只管纠纷金额在3000欧元以下的案子，超过这个金额就属于一般我们所说的法官的管辖范围了。
