Curriculum Vitae (including a list of all schools / institutions which have issued diplomas and dates of attendance);
A CERTIFIED copy of your diplomas and transcripts (list of grades) (if they are not in English or Dutch, please also provide a certified translation in English or Dutch);
If you have not yet received your Bachelor degree: a statement of expected date of graduation signed by your university and a list of courses that are not yet on your temporary transcripts but will be on the final transcripts of your degree programme;
For MSc applications only: a literature list of all English textbooks used in the courses of your degree programme;
For MSc applications only: detailed course descriptions of any courses taken in the field of the specific MSc programme and specialization you are applying for, and of any courses in research methods and statistics;
A letter of motivation;
A copy of your valid* passport and (if applicable) Dutch residence permit;
If you apply for a programme taught in English and English is not your native language: a copy of an English language test result;
If you apply for a programme taught in Dutch and Dutch is not your native language: a copy of your NT2 result;
Other documents that we need to receive before we can finalize your admission are:
For MSc applications only: t wo letters of recommendation (academic);
One passport-size photograph;
For non-EEA** students only: a copy of your birth certificate.
