广州取签到底要不要未婚公证和未刑公证 ？？？

近期在广州取签的XDJM，烦请回答以下3个问题：

1。到底要不要未婚公证和未刑公证 ？？？
2。需不需要办理国际旅行健康证明 ？？？
3。取签需不需要预约，在哪预约，能否告知详细网址。

我在收到的广州大使馆的取签通知中，并未提到以上3项文件，但是网上众说纷纭，感觉很茫然，请高人指点，万分感谢 ！！！以下是广州使馆的邮件，第7条也不太明白。

1. A fulfill application form with 2 recent white-background photos.
2. Your original passport with its copy.
3. Your family Hukou booklet with copies of each page.
4. Your legalised birth certificate with copy.
5. Original admission letter from the university in the Netherlands and
copy.
6. Your original diploma with copy.
7. Only mandatory if issued an additional 90 days multiple entry
Schengen visa: The original travel medical insurance certificate/policy
(and a copy), covering a minimum of EUR30, 000 for medical care and/or
hospital treatment, valid in all Scheme countries. The policy should
also cover, separately, all expenses for medical repatriation.

我前几天刚去取签，你的材料列单跟我一模一样，你可以放心，未婚和未刑和国际健康证确实不需要。预约你可以去www.hollandinchina.org另外，� ... �不会需要呢？
