没太明白lz的问题，如果你是在这边H毕业，你申请的新学校等于是基于一个dutch diploma，为什么还要经过NESO？还有为什么要再申请MVV，按changing purposes换ID不就好了？

lz just send the documents which IND wants! That is all! You do not need to send NESO thing

So the thing is very easy!
I made a phone call to IND (for LZ. It is also myself. We have the similar situiation)
So the answer is
you already study here, and you will continue your study (but in higher education school). So you need to change the purpose of you stay. You need to send the copy of admittion letter (from the higher education school), enough money in your saving account (about 8400 euro) and other ducoments.

So only thing you need is the admittion letter! They said they do not need NESO.

So if school and IND do not want NESO, why do you still need to have NESO?!
