We are looking for logistics operations Administrator to help run our process efficiently and maintain or further improve customer satisfaction
Logistics operations Administrator responsibilities include supports in all supply chain procedures, from managing shipping documents to coordinating operations in service providers’ warehouse. To be successful in this role, you should understand the operation procedures in supply chain especially in ecommerce and being well-organized to track all related documents at any point when needed
Responsibilities
· Prepare shipping documents including invoices, bill of lading, packing list etc.
· Communicating with service providers on shipments arriving schedules and customer requests
· Performing as intermediate between Chinese customers and local service providers to ensure operations performed according to requests
· Shipments status updates to all related parties, especially providing information to customers about the status of their shipments
· Tracking orders to ensure deliveries
Requirements
· Chinese and English speaking is required
· Basic accounting knowledge
· Basic or mid level excel skill
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Good communication skills
· Strong sense of responsibility and sense of urgency
· Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role is a plus
