请问应该如何在自己的 voicemail中留言?

如题～ 想请教各位有经验的前辈们，如何让voicemail中自己的留言听起来专业些呢

mostly people use: hi, this is brabrabra'a voicemail, i am not available/can't pick up the phone right now, please leave your message, i will contact you as soon as i can. thank you


dit is voicemail van brabrabra, op dit moment ben ik niet beschikbaar, laat een bericht achter na de beep, ik bel je zo spoedig mogelijk terug ......

when you answer the phone, never ever use" hallo" , say " good morning, good aftyernoon" , also let people know who is speaking with, for example, if your name is " karin" , then "good morning, karin speaking". short but clear.
