阿姆斯特丹市政厅注册还要出生公证吗

我在I AMSTERDAM网站上的Registration一栏里看到这么一段：
Please note: as of 6 January 2014, highly skilled migrants from outside the EU with the official residence status of knowledge migrant or scientific researcher will no longer have to present a copy of their birth certificate when registering at the Civil Registry.
2014年1月6日以后不再需要出示出生公证，请问有今年注册过的人说说实际经历吗？
