Job description:
To assist the Chief Legal Officer
· The jobholder deals with a very high content of company secret documents and there are many confidential and sensitive issues to handle with tact and discretion.
· The jobholder works in a Corporate environment.
· The job holder is largely unsupervised and deals directly with the Chief Legal Officer’s contacts such as Board and Leadership Team
Principal Accountabilities (the major end results the job is expected to achieve)
· To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Chief Legal Officer.
· To prioritize and manage diary appointments and flow of information
· To manage the preparation of Board Book, if necessary follow up the accurate and timely flow of information
· To arrange travel
· To manage expenses
· To prepare presentation work
Special Features
· Short hand writing, audio typing experience preferred
Requirements:
Candidate profile
Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed
· Relevant Experience required, legal background preferable
· Languages: English is must, knowledge of Dutch required (as will be reading Dutch legal documents and paperwork).
· Flexibility, no 9 to 5 mentality
· Working to deadlines
· Proactive & independent attitude (CLO works from home a lot – need to be able to work independently)
· Expert knowledge of all office equipment and IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
