今年9月1日起，中国司法部正式实施《外国律师事务所驻华代表机构管理条例》的规定，明确圈定外国律师事务所不得从事“中国法律事务”。事实上，外资在华的经营范围以前一直都有限制，不过，在中国的洋律师们仍然生存有道，一些业务开展得有声有色。

日前分析师看到一个令人吃惊的数据：入世前，全球最大的50家律师事务所已有过半在内地设立办事处。上海有一个外国律师事务所，年经营收入已接近6亿美元，是上海市近400家律师事务所一年业务收入8.3亿元人民币的5至6倍。6亿美元的年收入，对于业务受到限制的外国律师事务所，是否太高了？

据安邦消息，分析师向律师界的专业人士了解，一家外国律师事务所在上海能做到6亿美元，按正常业务许可来说不太可能。有一种可能就是他们接了很多“地下业务”，通过“灰色”渠道开展业务。目前，一些外国律师还以“隐性身份”、“身兼多职”、“高薪挖角”、“地下合作”等方式，在中国进行实质性的业务。（和讯网）
