请教7岁孩子学语言的问题

I have a friend,she also came to Holland when she was 7 jears old.now she can speak perfect dutch like dutch people,and did not take any language lessen.now she can speak Germany,Dutch ,English,Chinese(Mandarin,Guangdongnese,wenzhounese)

I am pretty curious how she can manage this. Could you ask her how to achieve these and share it with us? Thanks a lot.
