help help!

i am a freshman in hogeschool zeeland.
i plan to transfer the school after 1 or 2 years.
  is it possible and what shall i deal with it?
   and is it possible for me to get a schorlarship in the new school?

should be ok if you want to transfer to another school,but you have contect them for the detail,either they need tofel or not,try to call them or E-mail them.All the information is in specail introduction! You should find some school's website or tel there!
