综述employee博士和bussary(奖学金) 博士的区别

经常有同学询问这两种体制对我们个人来说有哪些不同，最近正好了解到比较全的信息，这里综合比较下，希望可以帮到有类似问题的同学。大致上，荷兰的phd分3种:
1. Emploee PhD (荷兰语里叫做Promovendus)
2.   Dutch bursary PhD student (又叫Promotiestudent)
3. Foreign bursary PhD student (Bursaal)

但就第3类的bussary博士来讲，据我所知，荷兰目前仅格罗宁根大学有提供这种特有的一种博士录取系统。

Promovendus
1.   Nationality: 不限，通常多为Dutch
2.      Status: Employee (CAO)
3.      Association University: Temporary contract with the university
4.      Duration of association: 1year + evaluation+ 3 years
5.      Salary (gross/ month): 1st year: 1956 €, 2nd year: 2279 €,3rd year: 2387 €,4th year: 2502 €
6.      Taxes:  包括 Income tax， National insurance， Social insurance
Bursaal
1.   nationality: Foreign
2.      Status: Student (WHW)
3.      Association University:  Registerd with SSD + Signed consent (Promotion plan)
4.      Duration of association: 1 year+ yearly extension+ max. 4 years
5.      Salary (gross/ month): Since january 2007: 1422 €
6.      Taxes:包括Income tax， National insurance (if >=30 years)，Income dependent contribution Health Insurance Act (if > 30 years)

做为emploee的phd和bussary的学生性质的phd，也正由于身份的不同，决定了他们除了在工资待遇上不同外，还在享有的福利，工作职责等方面也存在不同。对emploee的phd来说
享有的权力
• Salary as stated in CAO (~79.000€ net)
• Unemployment benefit
• Pension build-up
• In case of illness/disability max. 18 months full salary, then 80% until end
• Off-time for pregnancy
• Career plan
• Child care compensation (tax office)
应尽的职责
• Follow functions contract/promotion plan
• Regular evaluations
• Fixed amount of working hours (~38h/w)
• Fixed amount of holidays (min. 30 days/year)
• Teaching (max. 25% of work time)
• Written report on illness


而对于bussary的phd来说，享有的权力
• Grant for the PhD period (~67.000€ net <30years, ~28.000€ net >=30years)
• No Unemployment benefit
• No Pension build-up
• Child care compensation (university)
• In case of illness/disability max.6 months full salary
• Pregnancy part of disability regulation
应尽的职责
• Follow the promotion plan
• Evaluations as agreed on before
• No Fixed amount of working hours
• No Fixed amount of holidays
• No Teaching
• No written report on illness

这两种并存的phd体制，目前引起了很多的争议，特别是针对bussary的phd受到的同工不同酬待遇，当下已经引起了学生联合会的关注。申请中的同学们要注意下喽。
