[活动]骑自行车横穿荷兰计划书

当时只是因为一句玩笑话，没想到真的要成行了。今天用了30分钟的时间从Enschede 试骑到hengelo，下周一我们会再到去探路，从Hengelo到Delden，因为那段路会很难找。

经过了2周的研究，并且咨询了很多有经验的人，我们已经选定了一条路线，并且听从大家的建议，把旅程的时间定为了四天。下面是我们依次要经过的城市：
Enschede-Hengelo-Delden-Markelo-Helten-Deventer-Apeldoorn-Hoenderloo-Otterlo-Scherperzeel-Zeist-Amersfoort-Soest-Loosdrech-Abcoude-Amstelveen-Amsterdam

Amsterdam-Weesp-Naarden-Huizen-Spakenburg-Nijkerk-Voorthuizen-Apeldoorn-Deventer-Helten-Markelo-Delden-Hengelo-Enschede

基本上我们在来去的过程中都会围绕着A1公路骑行，但是由于高速公路没有自行车道，所以有时候我们需要绕一点路。我们听从老师的建议，选取两条不同的路线，是因为去的时候不想错过Scherperzeel，因为老师说那一带骑自行车风景会很美。而回来的时候我们延着运河走会路过荷兰最著名的渔村Huizen。

在时间估算上，是件比较麻烦的事情，如果我想的不对，还请大家指正。

首先我们会在23号早上5:00出发，用4个小时（9:00）到达Deventer然后9:30--11:30用2个小时到 Apeldoorn ，休息半小时12:00出发用10个小时（中间不定期休息，补充水分）22:00到Amersfoort，然后住下。

第2天8:00 从Amersfoort 出发12:00 到达Amsterdam，具消息灵通人士透露，这段路程很崎岖，因此会比较辛苦，所以我们会把时间打的宽裕一点。

第3天10:00从 Amsterdam出发，12:00到 Huizen，之后因这段路程风景优美，所以我们会走的慢一点经常停下来拍照15:30 到达Voorthuizen修整16:00上路，当晚19:00 住在Apeldoorn。

第4天9:00出发11:00到达Deventer 找个地方好好吃一顿12:00出发17:00抵达Enschede。
整个路程中我们都会选择住在朋友推荐的STAYOKAY酒店，出发之前需要预定。

可能会遇到的问题：
1．  迷路
这是我们最不愿意发生，但也最可能发生的事情，而我们的所有的时间安排都是在不迷路的情况下的。所以我们一定要清楚的列出每个我们将要经过城市的名称，在去之前打印出每个城市的地图，如果真的迷路了，我们也可以在问路的时候很明确的说出我们要去的下一个城市。
2．  天气
在计划中不难看出，第一天的任务是最为艰巨的，因此我们会在出发的前一天看好天气预报，如果是小雨的话，我们可能要冒雨前行。而在其余几天行程中，我们的时间都比较宽裕，因此可以避雨，或者干脆推迟行程。
3．  疾病
出发之前，我们会准备一些基本的药品，当然如果途中真的有成员身体确实不能继续承担旅行时，我们会选择放弃。
4．  故障
这又是一个足以让我们放弃旅行的意外，我们会自备气筒和一件简单的修车工具，而在沿途老师也帮我们标注出了很多修车的地点，但是如果实在故障无法排除的话，我们会选择就近的火车站返回Enschede。

我们承认此次旅行，除了我们自身的努力之外，还需要一些运气，当然如果能在沿途受到一些朋友的帮助的话也会大大增加我们的胜算，总之我们会用全部的智力，体力和耐力让我们横穿荷兰的活动在我们的青春中留下绚烂的一笔。

Public transport
Take the train to Soest-Zuid station. Take a left across the tracks to the Bosstraat. Walk 500 m and you will find the hostel.
Private transport
From the A28 take exit 4 to Soest. In Soest follow the signs towards the industrial area. Cross the railroad tracks. Go 50 m after the traffic lights and take a left. Follow the road to the right. You will see the hostel on your right.
From Amersfoort, numerous roads lead to Soest. When you are in Soest follow the signs to the industrial area. Proceed as described in the previous paragraph.
From the A1 or A27 take exit 10 to Soest. At Paleis Soestdijk take a right. Take a left at the first set of traffic lights. Continue along the road (2 km) until a sharp turn. Go 200 m and then take a right onto Pimpelmees. This street turns into the Bosstraat. The hostel is on your right.

Public transport
From Amsterdam Central Station take tram 4, 9, 16, 24 or 25. Get off at the Muntplein stop. At Hotel de l’Europe enter the Nieuwe Doelenstraat, cross the bridge to your right and take an immediate left. The hostel is on your right after 100 m.
Or take the metro from the station. Get off at the Nieuwmarkt stop and take the Nieuwe Hoogstraat exit. Head left and at the first side street take another left. Go 200 m and the hostel is on your left. Both routes take about the same time.

风险预估的也比较全面了，细节应该在准备充分一点
曾经有试过长途骑车，竟然忘记偶也做过，因为是被逼得，诶~
正式上路的时候准备一点巧克力，或者硬糖喊在嘴里，还有一些energy饮料，走之前，应该开始运动了，例如跑步，主要是训练身体的耐力，和含氧问题，如果霎时间就长时间运动，恐怕身体会不容易接受

指南针～～！！ 我在中国倒是有两个超棒的，是军队用的．．．不过我都是摆在家里当摆设．．．这边过来还真的没见过指南针．．．～～～我帮你重开个帖子借指南针和国旗吧．．．国旗学生会里有人有．．．这倒不难～～

这段时间你们每天就联系骑车吧～～～争取连着骑两天的长距离．．．
要不倒时候我怕你们第二天早上ＰＰ就疼得坐不上车了～～～一定要找些海绵啥的垫下面．．．
以前我曾在草原上连着骑了两天５个小时的马，第二天就已经很狼狈了，第三天ＰＰ是彻底肿了！！～～～所以身体有个局部的地方是很重要的～～需要特殊保护．．．．
