我对ALS的LLM非常感兴趣，本打算今年年底申请明年秋季入学，但突然因要出国被老板开除，不得不现在DIY申请今年9月入学，从ALS网上得知其截止日到6月1日，刚考完1月TOEFL，不知现在申请是否来得及，我的学习和工作背景都非常不错，现有几个问题求助：1。申请时是否不需要单独的PS；2。推荐信是否不需要单独提供，只须填其REFERENCE FORM WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED？他们会否打电话核实推荐人？3。申请AKZO NOBEL奖学金的文书如何写？需要注意什么，可否提供范本？4。GPA是否需要换算成4分？5，大学期间发表的文章，学生会、暑期工作的鉴定是否可自行翻译成英文而不公证？

1。申请时是否不需要单独的PS；

While the requirement varies from school to school, it never hurts to submit a personal statement along with your application. Remember that this is the ONLY opportunity during the whole admission procedure for you to portrait yourself vividly in front of the admission committee. Just talk about whatever which might represent a true you - your life, your family, your study, your work, your dream, your future plan, etc, etc.

2。推荐信是否不需要单独提供，只须填其REFERENCE FORM WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED？他们会否打电话核实推荐人？

As long as the school doesn't otherwise prescribe, a reference form would be fine. But again, it never hurts to ask the recommender to say a few more words about you in a single letter. That counts more than the numbers appearing in the form.

Yes, it could be possible. Be careful on this point. More and more schools tend to check the authenticity of the applicants' background, especially those from China.

3。申请AKZO NOBEL奖学金的文书如何写？需要注意什么，可否提供范本？

Just be yourself. Make sure to distinguish yourself from the rest.

4。GPA是否需要换算成4分？

Not really necessary. 100 point scale makes sense to most Dutch schools.

5，大学期间发表的文章，学生会、暑期工作的鉴定是否可自行翻译成英文而不公证？

No problem at all.
