Personal opinion: It's not an attractive option to buy an app only for three years. The reason is: firstly you need to take half year to look at the option,s bidding, paper work, etc, maybe even longer. Then you have only 2 years to live there. but you need to pay around 10% extra for the house tax to the governmetn and the money to the notaris. then this extra money needs to be "returned back" by the next buyer. With the price increased only for 2 years, you need to work hard for it
"我想买二手的房"---there are more than 95% of the house in Holland are second hand. Please don't compare with the situations in China. I guess you need to wait for another one year if you want to buy a totally new house.
Yes, it's a good feeling to have your own house / app. but in my opinion, it's not practical for your case.
