荷兰政府将在2019年1月1日改动 30% Ruling 条款，万人来请！

荷兰政府终于拍板了，计划于2019年1月1日起，将外籍人士享受30％税率减免的时间期限从八年减至五年。

荷兰政府计划将针对外籍人士的30%税收减免政策最长使用年限从目前的8年下调为5年，该计划将于明年1月起正式生效。财政部表示，新的时间限制既针对即将享受税率减免的新人，也影响现有的受益人。

目前最大的争议就是此次修订是否也要将目前已经享受30ruling政策的人士的年限从八年改成五年。
