学校给我发邮件说，大使馆没有把我的指纹和照片发给IND

前几天收到了一封来自学校的邮件，上面写着北京的大使馆没有把我的照片和指纹发给IND（IND那边系统搜不到）。
让我在到达荷兰以后，2周内拿着护照去最近的IND办公室。应该是录指纹和照相，办居留卡把。。
不过，这样的话，我会不会推迟拿到居留卡啊。。
mvv只有90天，3 月15号到期。可我2月4号才到荷兰，不知道来不来的及。
以及，大家知道为什么IND那边没收到嘛。。
是不合规范，还是指纹没录上呢？？
心好累的说。。

Dear student,

The IND confirmed the receipt of your application of your residence permit. The biometric data taken at the Dutch embassy, such as photo and fingerprints, have not been sent to the IND(Dutch Immigration Services in the Netherlands).
For this reason you need to travel to the nearest IND office within 2 weeks after your arrival in the Netherlands to have your photo and fingerprints taken. Please bring your passport and the attached letter. The nearest IND office is in Utrecht.
The addresses and opening hours of the IND Desks can be found on:Please note: Your (new) residence permit card will not be printed before your have submitted your biometric data!

如果只是去IND补录指纹和补拍照片，直接在上班时间去就近的任何一个IND即可，不需要预约。LZ别磨蹭了，现在立马去吧。

刚刚才注意到LZ下星期才到荷兰。那就抵达后再去吧，之后再时不时让学校帮忙催，应该没问题的。

你心累啥，你的问题是荷兰大使馆和IND之间的工作失误造成的，对你造成损失和影响他们应该承担责任，让他们补偿你的时间和旅行开销。
