Qualifications
Applicants need to have a Bachelor degree with amajor in hospitality or tourism. Applicants should be able to demonstratesuperior analytical skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and strongwriting abilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree with a major in hospitality ortourism
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Solid analytical skills
• Strong English language skills, both writtenand spoken
• Self motivated/self-starter
• Work environment is deadline oriented andhigh-energy
• Must have an ability to travel regularly forprojects
Responsibilities
This successful candidate will be trained andresponsible for the preparation of feasibility studies, business plans andappraisal reports for hotel, motel and resort properties. The preparation ofreports includes:
• Fieldwork
• Travel
• Property inspections
• Area interviews
• Analysis
• Review of property's financial statements andother relevant documents
• Use of Microsoft Excel models and in-housedatabases
• Report Writing
• Use of Microsoft Word
• Includes developing graphics/maps andformatting
• Requires strong writing skills
