Floriade 2012Floriade 2012 is a World Horticultural exhibition about flowers, plants, vegetables, fruit and mushrooms. This will take place in Venlo t / m 7 October 2012. The green experience event every 10 years in the Netherlands is a unique day out for young and old. Be surprised by the unique architecture, inspired by the world's most beautiful gardens or relax during a walk along the beautiful flowers and plants. The Floriade is a global spectacle again in 2012 where dozens of countries will take part. You will be immersed in a melting pot of cultures and meet different customs and rituals.
Sustainable, innovative eye-catchers in the field of architecture, are the first to visit the Floriade. There is a daily cultural program of music, dance, theater and visual arts from around the world. In five stylish restaurants you can enjoy delicious seasonal dishes and Limburg. With many exciting, innovative and educational activities and workshops, Floriade 2012 is a spectacular journey for children.
